Limitation of liability
PayrollAudit provides insights and tools based on your financial data. We are not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on our suggestions. Use PayrollAudit at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
"As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
No Liability for Fines: PayrollAudit is not liable for any back-pay, penalties, fines, or legal costs imposed on you by the Fair Work Ombudsman, the ATO, or any court, even if such penalties result from a calculation performed by the Service.
Cap on Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
